General
By using zdify.com or the store brief, you agree to these terms. Each project’s specifics (scope, timeline, price, payment milestones) are set in a separate written quote or agreement, which prevails in case of any conflict.
Store ownership
Your Shopify store, subscriptions and domain are in your name and belong to you. Once payment is complete, you own the custom designs and content produced for your project.
Your responsibilities
- Providing content (images, data, copy) on the agreed schedule.
- Ensuring you have the right to use any content or trademark you send us.
- Paying Shopify subscriptions, themes and paid apps directly to those providers.
Revisions & support
Pre-launch revisions are within the agreed project scope. After launch we keep supporting you with fixes and training; new features are quoted separately.
Our apps
Use of WhatPro is governed by its own terms on the Shopify App Store and by Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to make your store perform at its best, but we’re not responsible for outages of third-party services such as Shopify, payment gateways or carriers, and we don’t guarantee specific sales figures.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision.
