This policy explains how Zdify (“we”) handles your data when you use zdify.com, the store brief at start.zdify.com, or contact us. The WhatPro app has its own privacy policy, linked from its Shopify App Store listing.
Data we collect
- Contact details: the name, phone number and email you send us.
- Brief data: information about your brand, products and any files you upload in the store brief.
- Usage data: general technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to improve the site.
How we use it
- Responding to your enquiries and preparing quotes.
- Delivering your project and communicating with you during it.
- Sending WhatsApp verification codes to secure access to your brief.
- Improving our services and website.
We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers we need to operate — such as hosting and our WhatsApp provider — and only as needed, or when required by law.
Retention & security
We keep data as long as needed for your project or legal obligations, and protect it with encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can also delete any brand from the store brief yourself after confirming with a WhatsApp code.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to save your brief progress and preferences such as language. We don’t use advertising cookies.
